At BlizzCon, which took place last weekend, Blizzard Entertainment made a huge enouncement.  Confirming what many had already believed, World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria, will be the name of their latest expansion pack.

Rumors had started to circulate the internet last month when it appeared that Blizzard Entertainment had filed for a patent of the name “Mists of Pandaria”.  Die hard WoW fans, the kind who are glued to their computers and buy WOW accounts left and right, went crazy trying to figure out what this could mean.  Though Blizzard worked hard to remain tight lipped about the situation, they really could not fool anyone.  No matter what they did, everyone had concluded that Mists of Pandaria would be the next expansion offered.  The only thing that remained was an official confirmation and a release date.

Well that official confirmation has finally come, however the release date is not so clear.  Blizzard Entertainment states that they are finalizing their fourth expansion installment and anticipate it will hit the market sometime next year.
